Should New Hampshire accept student IDs as voter ID?

On Oct 22, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court paused a federal judge's order on New Hampshire's voter ID law (HB 323), so student IDs can't be used as voter ID for the Nov 3 election while the state's appeal continues. Challengers, including the Coalition for Open Democracy, say the law burdens young voters. The state says lawmakers removed student IDs from the valid list and courts shouldn't change election rules right before an election.
